Aquaturf Wetting Agent

AQUATURF is a professional quality wetting agent that allows for better water penetration. 1 Litre (Covers up to 500 m2)

When should I use it?

AQUATURF is designed to prevent soils from repelling water so whenever your irrigation does not appear to be penetrating the surface or you have inconsistent colouring of turf after fertilising. This is more critical in the growing months but can also occur during the winter months. We recommend applications start in September as part of your fertilising regime and continue with monthly applications until your final application with pre-emergent herbicide in March.

How do I use it?

AQUATURF is very simple to use. Simply add 200 mL to 8 L of water and apply over 100 m2 and apply across your lawn, yes you can do your garden also. Once the application is done simply water in with a really good drink. The product blends into the soil, so a good soaking is critical to success. If applying to fragile garden plants or edible food make sure to apply directly to the soil not the leaf.

What’s in it?

It’s a highly concentrated long-chain polymeric wetting agent.

This helps change the way your water interacts with the soil. Soils become hydrophobic when organic acids coat soil particles in a waxy residue, even the thatch on your lawn can become hydrophobic.

AQUATURF acts to pull water molecules apart and this reduces the water surface tension, allowing it to connect to the soil.
